University of Nebraska-Lincoln Assistant Professor of Practice in Atmospheric Science

I am an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Earth and Atmospheric Sciences Department at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. I am part of a growing community of atmospheric science educators and researchers working to promote education research in the atmospheric sciences. As a community we aim to:
- Bring awareness to existing literature on atmospheric science education;
- Encourage partnerships between atmospheric science educators and people with expertise in education research;
- Work together to develop research questions that should be a high priority for the community to study, as well as establish ideas for teaching innovations that could be used to answer those questions.
I would love to chat with those interested in Atmospheric Science Education Research (ASER). I would also love to hear from other DBER communities about the best ways to support and grow the ASER community.
